Our Process


The first step in our relationship with clients is to learn everything possible about your financial situation and investment objectives. We discuss your comfort level with risk and the timeframe in which you wish to achieve your goals. And we explain:

  • What we do
  • How we’re compensated
  • What our respective responsibilities will be


We then analyze the information you’ve given us and develop a plan that we believe gives you the best opportunity to successfully reach your investment goals. We then meet with you in order to:

  • Explain our recommendations
  • Listen to your feedback
  • Explain potential adjustments due to changing conditions


Once an investment management client signs off on our recommendations, implementation begins. MB, Levis implements certain recommendations, and when appropriate, outside partners do so.


With our recommendations implemented, we transition into continual monitoring of your portfolio’s progress. We maintain the flexibility to make adjustments as needed, based on factors such as:

  • Changes in your personal situation
  • Market and economic trends
  • Performance of particular holdings

Bruce Levis

Bruce is a Certified Financial Planner™ with extensive experience in all areas of financial planning and investment management. Bruce works with clients to help develop comprehensive and practical solutions to their unique financial issues.

Jason Henninger

Senior Client Relationship Representative / Director of Portfolio Management
Jason is a Certified Financial Planner™. Jason works directly with clients to help design, implement and monitor client investment portfolios.

Leslie Childs

Director of Operations
Leslie coordinates the operational and client service area for the firm including account opening, transfers, client correspondence and all other service related aspects of the firm.

Donald Sledz

Portfolio Manager
Don is responsible for the day to day management of client portfolios, maintaining target allocations and managing the cash flow needs of our clients as well as preparing investment reviews and proposals.
